Do you charge on top of the ad spend?

No. Our price includes both the ad spend and the management fee. One bill, one number, no mark-ups on what Google charges. You can spend more on ads if you want to scale faster, we'll never mark it up.

How quickly will I see results?

Usually within the first week. Google Ads is the fastest channel there is, unlike SEO it can produce enquiries from the day it switches on. The first month is the learning phase, and performance compounds over the first 60-90 days.

Can I see what you're doing in my account?

Yes. You own the account, not us. We give you full administrative access and walk you through it on the kick-off call. Anything we change is visible in your change history. If you ever leave us, you take the account with you, no held-hostage data.

What if it's not working?

We'll tell you. If after three months the numbers don't justify the spend, we'll recommend stopping, or restructuring, or shifting budget to SEO or social where it'll work harder. We'd rather lose a client honestly than keep one who's losing money.
