01 How long does it take?
Your ad is ready in 72 hours from when we have your order details, which you give us at checkout. On the Launch Pack, the first ad is ready in 72 hours.
02 What files do I get?
MP4 video files in three formats: 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, so each ad fits where it runs. The Launch Pack also includes a 6-second loop for your website hero.
03 Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Spot: one round of changes. Spot Pro: two rounds of changes. Launch Pack: two rounds of changes per ad. If you want more after that, we quote for it before we make any further changes.
04 Who owns the finished ad?
You do. Under clause 5.2 of our terms, work we create specifically for you is assigned to you on completion, subject to full payment, and Animated Ads are paid in full when you order. Your logo and brand assets stay yours throughout (clause 5.1).
05 Where can I use it?
Online: in social media ads and posts, and on your own website. 9:16 for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and Stories; 1:1 for Facebook and Instagram feeds; 16:9 for YouTube and your website. If you have another use in mind, call us first on 07766 404343.
